CATEGORY A-1:
Foreign (Non-SAARC) delegate will be given single occupancy room for two night stay i.e. 26 and 27 October only. Pre and Post stay in hotel will be charged extra as per tariff rates. Workshop fee is included in conference registration fee for this category. Spouse or Accompanying Person (if any) will be accommodated in the same room of delegate.

Category B : Registration details are divided into Categories B-1 to B-4 as under:
- Category B- Delegate Fee does not include accommodation. Delegates will have to arrange accommodation on their own. List of hotels names is given under heading ACCOMODATION. Assistance for accommodation will be provided on request. Workshop fee is NOT included in conference registration fee for this category (including all sub-categories).
- For Postgraduate students (Sub-Category B2 and B3): Certificate from Head of the Department is needed.
- UG students of Medicine or Law (Sub-Category B4): Permission letter issued by Head of Institution to be produced. No Gala dinner/ Banquet coupons would be given. Only entitlement is conference kit and certificate. UG students would be allowed to present papers/ e-posters.

Registration Fee Includes

- Fee of any ONE Workshop for Category A delegates only. Workshops have limited vacancy for 50 delegates only and will be available on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
- Registration for Workshop ONLY, shall not include accommodation, meals, gala dinner/ banquet and Conference Kit.
NB: Spot Registration will not guarantee delegate kit.

Offline Registration: Fill up original registration form OR (downloaded the pdf registration form from website www.iamle2018.dpu.edu.in).
Send the duly filled Registration Form along with the registration fees by Demand Draft/Multicity Cheque/NEFT to the Conference Secretariat address. Demand Draft/ Multicity Cheque/NEFT should be in favour of “IAMLE2018DYPMC” payable at PIMPRI CHINCHWAD, PUNE.

PS: (Optional): Delegates registering offline (i.e. sending hard copy of Registration Form along with DD/Cheque)are requested to submit their transaction details online by following method: Go to conference website, click on register online from registration drop down menu.
